Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will get an email containing your tracking number.

We do offer free shipping for all US orders over $100! Please be sure to choose free shipping at checkout if your order subtotal is over $100.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. This does not include your transit time. All shipping transit times are based off the orderer's address. Please note, we do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays. Order cut off time is Friday 1 pm EST.

Unfortunately, no. Once your order goes through, we cannot make any changes. However, please email info@shopcottier.com to see if there is anything we can do for you.

We hope you love everything you order from us, but if something is not quite right, you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items purchased with a gift card.

There is a 3% restocking fee for any returns from orders $200 and over.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We try to process your return as fast as possible. Once it's been delivered and processed by our team- you can receive your refund within 5-7 business days.

We currently offer international shipping. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout.

Yes. Cottier is not responsible for these duties. You will be notified of any customs fees/duties due at the time of delivery.

Most styles run true to size. Please note, most girl/teen tops and dresses size 6 and up come with 3/4 length sleeves. Sizes can vary from child to child. Please email us for measurements pertaining to a specific style.
